DESCRIPTION: This pistol was made after WW1 for the American market. It is in 7.65mm (.30 Luger), as demanded by the Allies and is discretely marked "Made in Germany" on the left side of the barrel. Made to pre-WW1 standards, parts numbers discretely tucked out of sight. Checkered walnut grips, correct wood bottom magazine.
Made by DWM, the original Luger plant, in Berlin in the 1920's or early 1930's, serial number 5969 L. All matching and original as sold before WW2. Super nice, light trigger pull, not like the WW2 military guns! Would be a great shooter.
Excellent. Few minor handling marks to finish but no wear, straw color on small parts very good. Grips excellent with no chips and not oil darkened, just a couple of small dents from handling. Bore like new, bright and shiny with sharp rifling.
