DESCRIPTION:  Most popular US WW2 GI kit bag. This one is complete with the shoulder strap and early (1942) manufacture in khaki color. Has an officer's name and serial number stenciled inside the flap, another soldier's laundry mark on the strap. Almost all of these were used up because they are such a handy tote bag and can be worn as a small back pack with 2 straps.

CONDITION:  Excellent. Slightly faded with some soiling and scuffs but no holes or repairs and still sound.
